I have a Rare and discountinued HKS EACT Tems controller. It comes with the switch box and harness with connectors. Pretty much plug and play.
Took me about 20 mins. to remove this and install the OEM tems buttons.

I went with Non-adjustable struts a while back, and just had this stored.

I don't have the installation instructions, but its easy.
