what mounts do i use to swap in a 2jz on a early 1989 mk3 supra.

depends if the '89 has square solid mounts, or cylindrical fluid filled mounts.

I think you need a mid-sump oilpan. Honestly, though, search on supramania in the jz section. You'll find all the information you need. I'm not terribly familiar with them.
