I'm thinking about buying my old 1990 Supra NA. It now has the 1jz-gte motor swap. The owner says he uninstalled some ac components due to some of the fabrication he was doing. The compressor is still on the engine. How much work would be involved in reinstalling the condensor and lines/wires? Also the interior evaporator? He still has these parts they just need to be installed. Thanks all.

I found out the components were only removed because he didnt want to deal with the custom relocation of some parts. There's got to be a ijz out there with ac, where did you put everything? How did you run the lines, where? Any help...

You'll need a good electrician, some heavy duty piping, your condensor and some fittings for the compressor to connect to the hose.

Expect to pay around US$500 to have it all put back in. Otherwise if you can find all the stock piping and parts a lot less.

Try using US spec 2JZ AC lines. It's worth a shot...

He still have all the components...Not real sure about the lines, but i know all the main components just need to be recharged and what not. Its just a matter of getting them back in the car.
