Im new to the 1jz world and I want to upgrade the fuel injectors. I already have a walbro pump, now I want some bigger injectors. Im want to get 550cc injectors or larger. Im planning on going with a S-afc or a megasquirt standalone for fuel mangagement.
What do i need to do to make high impedence injectors work in my low impedence 1JZ? |

You need a 7M resistor pack for those 550 injectors.

For the injectors, type 1jz on ebay... some direct drop in injectors from 550-880 are usually up for sale.
Who needs a big block when you can get more horsepower for less with a Turbo |6? |

I have a set of blitz 540cc (hi impedeance), which are direct drop in , no resistor pack needed. or if using in the 2jzgte / US harness, then no need for the resistor pack as well, but need the honda 8 pin plug to loop the voltage to the injectors, where the resistor would go. I bought them thinking they were 850cc.
$400 shipped if still needed. or will take your 1jz +$300 from you. |

are you going to upgrade to the 2JZ map sensor as well? Most people I know that go with bigger injectors, the upgrade to this map sensor at the same time.
