I just receved my 1jz engine (soarer donor car),
and would like to date it.
-Some way it can be done....serial number etc?

-Anyone know the engine weight...compared to the 7mgte?
Searched and googled a lot, but no results

-How much hp can the stock fuel system suport (through 2j 440 jdm`s)?
Might have done a deeper search on this one though...

If you have the Frame Tag off the donor car, you can trace down the month/date of the car it came from.

The key is, if it's a JDM car, you need to know the FRAME number of the car.
