Mark I just installed the ERG block-off plates I did the complete removal of the EGR system and I have tightening the plates twice and the car is still idling rough at at idle. Is there something I am doing wrong or is this a common trait of an EGR block-off plate install? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Spray some brake cleaner around the area when the car is running and see if the idle changes. If it does, it is still leaking.
