I know that most people on here already have a downpipe, but for the new guys that don't, ----- ------ makes a downpipe for 169.00

A lot cheaper than spending 300 on the RMM unit, here is a pic:

Specs:
- 100% SUS-304 Stainless Steel with computerized mandrel-bent

- 3" inlet piping

- Comes with one gasket.

- CNC machine flanges for strong solid support

- TIG weld for strength and durability

- 3 stage polish shine like a mirror

- Able increase 30-40 horse power and torque

- Straight thru design and bolt-on installation

I know a guy down the road that has one, and his car is just as fast as my supra, and he makes the same amount of hp/tq I make in my DAWG, when he told me he only spend 170, I could not beleive it.

Part of the moderators job here is to halt unauthorized advertisments. Sorry, but I had to edit this. Looks like a nice pipe. You can talk to Mark Tozer about placing ads on this forum.

Yea man, I agree a three inch pipe is a three inch pipe. It's not like an intake or an exhaust where the filter or muffler design affect horsepower, it's just a pipe.

I actually think that the Megan Racing unit looks better than the rmm unit, it's actually has a silver chrome finish, for that extra touch.

I wish I bought this instead of my RMM, it's almost half the price. 140 dollars is not that much, but in perspective it's the same thing for about half the price.

Just putting in my 2 cents.

I got this dp a few days ago and installed it, Megan racing dp is a POS.. made of cheap ass quality, when I installed it I was just screwing in my o2 sensor and the studs on the dp started bending like it was made of clay or something, then when i turned it a bit more one of the studs broke off, so I had to weld the o2 sensor onto the cheap ass megan downpipe. Do not buy this POS. It will probably brake off when I race hard backfire and pop it, then i'll go RMM

I bought one of these downpipes too. They fit fine but the studs for the O2 are cheap and will bend. The same thing happened to me as 94Project. I had to cut the studs, drill out the rest of the studs, then tap new thread and I used bolts to hold the O2 and it works fine.

I just bought a brand new Megan DP for $109 direct from Megan Racing thro' eBay. Shipping was $25. Hell of a deal. Real nice people to deal with. I'll be getting it next week and let you guys know about quality/installation. If I have a problem with the sensor studs, I'll be ready for it.

Does the RMM replace both cats? Just wondering.

Doomed by a senile 83 year old. Need an affordable replacement with a good body (engine/tranny/electronics/wheels etc NOT needed)

Will the RMM DP(or any off road downpipe) have higher gains then the SupraStore DP with the High Flow CAT or the Random Tech w/ High Flow CAT?

There is a lot of Sports Cars then there is a Supra.

best exhaust is no exhaust. a full hollow dp is the next best thing. any dp with any cat is more restricting. a cat filters out emisissions, so it has a restricting honeycomb filter inside of it. the less restriction, the better, no restriction, the best.

If I were to put the 4" downpipe from Suprastore, will it provide better hp/torque gain than a 3"RMM or will it only work with big turbo monsters at top end speed?
