I have a 94 tt supra and it is a bpu with a built trans/3800 stall. so i was wondering will it hold together with a 75 shot of N.o.S.

Umm..just a basic BPU and a 75 shot? Hell yeah...are you talking a wet or dry shot? A dry shot if you are running lean could cause an issue but if you are properly tuned in with your air/fuel then no worries at all.
