hey guys if you have a higher mileage car what should you do before you put on BPU should you get a tune up or something? can you also post your BPU RWHP gains please

Change the plugs and gap them to .032" or so. When doing so, you might as well do a compression test as well, so you know where you are. Assuming the car checks out, then feel free to do the upgrades. Expect 80-100rwhp gain at full BPU.
