for a dp the tanabe is slightly bigger than the rmm and quite a bit cheaper. you wont need any cats with a dp. "bpu" does not consist of a turbo upgrade. if you feel like you must have an intake the k&n drop ins are fine. blitz, hks, and apexi all make fine bovs.

A few other things that you can do to increase power and responce with out spending big$$$$ is to install a larger fuel pump and add a fuel pressure regulator. make sure you have a good boost controller and put the boost up to about 19psi and fuels pressure at around 45psi at idel.this should give you better preformance, but make sure you get a boost sensitive pressure regulator.

larger fuel pump

just putting in a new pump wont do it. youll need injectors as well. the supra comes with a fantastic fuel system that is good for at least 500 hp and more if you get a good tuner.

getting a larger fuel pump as all fine and good, your best bet is to just go down to pep boys or advanced and buy ANOTHER supra fuel pump and run dual fuel pumps. (The walboro fuel pumps are great but a factory supra fuel pump puts out more than the walboros by 5 ibs). No reason not to if your going to build a car, you better have enough fuel running through it. My car is running dual fuel pumps with 1600cc injectors, yes I know overkill. But when you plan on running 1100+HP you need to have the platform to do it. Another thing you should do is figure out wether your going to run a single turbo, if so go ahead and save your money on the DP. If your going to run like that, no sense in buying parts now that won't work later. Get the things that your going to keep, springs, shocks, fuel system, etc. Exhaust is fine but a DP is no good if your going to run a single. you'll just have to sell the one you get now and by another. I would go ahead and get what you can that a single will need to run if that's your plan, if not, then grab the usual stuff for a BPU setup and enjoy the ride. Good luck.
