OK. Before anyone asks....YES I HAVE RAN SOME SEARCHES BEFORE POSTING!! I figured this would make for a great sticky bit anyhow.
I have been lookin around and have found a few exhuast systems claiming to be quiet and close to stock...but I wanna know from the people out there that have the systems. I have a 94 NA Supra...I want to eventually upgrade this with ALL the goodies and wanna do it piece by peace over time. First thing I want is an exhuast that I can install now, and still be good when i setup the turbo kits I want to around 550-700bhp. I have heard about this new Tanibe Racing Medalion system....hmmm. Any ideas?? I really want something that will be quiet NOW with the NA setup...and be about the same with a nice turbo setup on it. Thanx for the input!! |

The greddy power extreme is a pretty quiet exhaust, and will still work with big hp numbers for sure. The greddy PE was the only aftermarket part on my car when i bought it, and i just went to an HKS Titanium race series, much louder and deeper. Just sold my greddy, but im sure you can find a cheap one

Well, a N/A supra will most likely be louder then a turbo supra. Of course thats untill boost. But the Greddy SP is a very quiet bery classy looking exhaust. I couldnt even hear my car idling with that exhaust. Many people wouldnt even know it was on.

GReddy SP, and I've had the original 1994 HKS stainless steel (came out just before the Super Dragger), the GReddy SP, the GReddy PE, the VeilSide ti and, now the HKS Racing Titanium. Other than the stock exhaust, my memory tells me the GReddy SP was the quietest.

I have a Blitz SR exhaust on my TT, quieter than stock, it's discontinued, but if you find one it's a really good exhaust

The Greedy PE is the quietest on a turbo supra.
NA supras can run the Greedy SP, and it's really smooth and quiet. Even with the XERD headers it is still quiet |
