Well supra people my BPU parts have finally come, and before i install them i had a few questions...

1st i've been reading that i should replace my spark plugs, that being said which brand should i buy? i hear NGK and Denso make some good ones but i wasn't sure... any suggestions

2nd for all you people that made the BPU step up what did you do with your old stock parts? are they worth anything? or should i just chuck em...

and lastly i have read that i should install the intake, DP and exhaust parts 1st, then the electronic parts ( EBC, BCC, Turbo timer ) and then after all that's installed i should reset the ECU ... this true ? is that the run down of my installation ?
