tonight after i got home and i was sitting in the driveway and i reved the car to about 4000rpm and the boost gauge went all the way to 25 and then back to the normal 18...y would it do that? it was about 30 degrees out side ...would that have something to do with it? also after reving it sounds like the car is going to stall for a little and then the rev becomes uneasy and it bobles... could soemone please help me!!!!!!!

first off your car should not build any boost in neutral. cold weather will make boost increase.
