nah, I'm happy with my 5m :P I really wanna know where I can find some nice rims. I have an 84' supra, rwd 4-lug and I went to a few rim shops and they can't get any with that lug pattern... I've asked this question a few times in here but no one answered.

Simmons make rims that will fit on a Mk2 Supra (or indeed any car). They're real nice wheels too; be prepared to pay for them though.

My supra is running good for the 160k miles on it smile I hope it never dies tho...it still runs strong. Body is in good shape...I'm happy with it. Try looking in a junkyard for a 5m motor and take parts off it...it will save you a hell alot of money! Theres one near me that I took a few little things off of, but your prolly out west with all the others =[ Theres not much supra's around here...I want one to roll with. Does simmions have a web page for the rims? Or should I just go to a rim shop and ask about them...it'd be nice if I can pick up rims for about $150 each...I'm always broke :P

Simmons themselves don't have a web site, but it's not hard to find pics of Simmons wheels if you look around:
http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=simmons+wheels&sa=N&tab=wi

Unfortunately these wheels are at the upper end of the price scale, so you're looking at significantly more than $150 each.

I like the looks! Now only if I can get a dealer that can get them :P Maybe if I look around hard enough I'll be able to find them used. Pick them up a few $$ cheaper would be better. Does an older 5.0 mustang have the same lug pattern? I know they are 4-lug rwd...just don't know about the lug pattern. A guy in the paper is selling them for $1000, the set with tires and they are in good condition. Thanks for your help norb.

Sup peeps I just got back from testing me baby on the track. 0-60 in 12 secs. ya I was surprised aswell seeing as I have the stock 5m engine in right now. I am thinking of putting in a lexus ignitions and fuel lines(injsectors and all that good stuff. Not sure though would really just like to leave it all origonal"Well maybe semi-stock wink any way I also discorvered last night that some ass tried! to steal me baby, But couldn't get in didn't have time I guess. I guess a DUEL SIREN,with DOUBLE KILLSWITCH, oh ya and DUEL WHITE LIGHTING STOBES. kinda made it a little more time consuming for them... LOL.....
Ya I know I thought that that alarm setup was over kill when I first installed it but it has be money and time well spent. seeing as our year Supras are hard to find . Peeps like us who have em hold on to em.... Should ahve seen the car last night horns blaring & the strobes . LOL I saw em running like hell...... any ways just wanted to let everyone know watch ya cars. Now a day. Ill post later with pic wink big grin

the mustang 4 lug pattern was a 4x110 pattern closer to the 1st gen rx7. for wheels try looking for wheels off of the ae86 older corollas, 510, z and even the 90-95 240sx. 4x114 pattern is what you need first. then the offset. i have a couple of set up for sale too.

15x10 epsilons
16x7.5 ssr fins
15x7 work ewing mesh
14x7 work weing mesh 2 pieces
17x7 chevlon racing
17x7 gewalts

good luck hunting

I am using ROH Reflex's (aout $100.00each)on mine. 16x8's with 225/50/16 frt and 245/45/16 rears. I can get these or Simmons wheels from the importer, I run a tire and wheel store in St louis. Centerline (about $200.00 each 16x9) also makes a couple of styles that are no too ugly, and you can get custome offsets, too.
Let me know if I can help.

Keith

ps: I liek this format better than the other sites, but will use all.
