Has anyone ever done any suspension work on an 84 celica supra. if so what has been done and what companies should i use for suspension parts. also has anyone ever shaved a cylinder head and if so how many thousandths were taken off.

Sure I've done lots of suspension work to my MkII Smile. As far as what performance parts are still available check below.

Springs: Eibach and Suspensions Techniques
Shocks: Koni ([URL=http://www.classicgarage.com ),]www.classiccargarage.com),[/URL] Tokico, GAB, KYB
Bushings: PST polygraphites or Energy polys
Swaybars: Addco
front coilovers: Ground control generic kit
struts bars: LJM bar from the MkII email list and special orders for Cusco F&R

*pretty much all the OE suspension parts are still available. Rear suspension bushings and such are getting in low supply though.

I've also remove .030" of deck material on my current 6M, works fine. It will throw you cam timing of slightly be doing so though. HTH
