With time and lots of mileage radiators can get clogged or lose effcientcy from all the dirt, dead bugs and other debris trapped in it's fins. Take the radiator all the way out and clean it. Carefully use a pressure washer and blow the from the fan side to the front and repeat over and over. This won't get all crud out so a sowing neddle comes in handy in those troublesome spots. I did this very thing to my radiator over three days last summer before installing the 7mgte.
