I guess I'm the first MkII owner to post in here. Anyway, today is my first day on the forum and this is my first post.

Between you guys and I, I much prefer the MK2 body style over the 3rd gen. On a side note, we are not concerned how many MK2 people show up, as long as they are enthusiasts and truly love the car and support the community we are more than satisfied with that.

Oh, I said that b/c 80% of the mk2s guys are old school and will only stay on the mailing list. I personally like the idea of a new forum since sf.com ran really slow and had too many trolls.

Luckily the trolls do not bother with mk2s much, but the general and ag forums were just a mess. Im glad there is a new forum wink

Norbie,

I have no idea what's going on either. I haven't received a single email from you - all my other email is getting through just fine.

Something is wrong someplace (obviously).

hey guys, I'm not yet a MkII owner, but I'm aiming at buying a sweeet example of one from my uncle. 1986, 150000kms/90000miles, 5spd, never seen winter. I haven't seen it in 10 years, but I expect she's stil imaculate. My first memory of really fast acceleration was in this Supra, now years later I have the chance to own her. I was prolly about 7 or 8 when my uncle took me for a drive in it, and I'm sure I'll never forget it. I've always wanted a straight six, rwd car with 4 wheel disk brakes...... I had never thought of looking in the imports for it, let alone the 80ies imports, but she's pretty much what I've been dreaming about. One thing though..... can anybody tell me what kind of fuel injection setup the 5M-GE has. I'm trying to impress my uncle with how well I know his car next time I talk to him, and I haven't figured this one simple part out yet. I even found the bore and the stroke specs, but nobody lists it's fuel delivery specs. Anyway, hope someone sees this and replies. I hope to report back real soon the progress of my majical Beretta into a Supra trick smile

Yes Wade...it's MUCH faster here. That's what happens when you have a forum set up correctly and people aren't making posts with massively HUGE attachments on them.

The trolls at SF.com are killing the bandwidth over there, and the server is running like a dog because of it.
