Ok I am owner #3 on a 90T(auto), but there is no manual, I would like to know how to obtain one, or should I go to the local Toyota dealer and order one? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Dealer would be the fastest way but if you keep an eye on ebay or yahoo auctions you will see them come up pretty regularly.
