is there any way to by pass this big silver box on your intake pipeing, i want to make a custom one at my dads work but as i have noticed the car wont run without this big silver box located down front left * was told its a mass air flow * is there anyways to by pass it or what

You can't even get rid of it not unless you go on a stand alone set up. Meaning you'll be using a stand alone unit which will replace your ECU and you'll no longer be using your ECU. Now, with that in your car, you can simply plug into a laptop and tune it from there. If you've never got into deep with these things I suggest you take it to a professional who deals with this kind of tunning. Make sure you take it to a person you can trust and who had worked on 6mges' before. Other then that if you can't get a stand alone unit you're stuck with that mass air sensor.
