Mine did that, but that was after I took the tranny out! haha. Reach down and pull the pedal back out and see if it pops out really fast, that'll eliminate the pedal spring. Check the fluid reservoir and see if it's low/empty, it could be a leak. Could probably be the slave cylinder too, or something in the clutch itself that's not pushing the cylinder back in hmmmmmmm

Mine just started doing the same thing all of a sudden. I wasn't getting on it or anything. It goes to the floor and sticks. If I pull on it, it springs back up. The part that concerns me is that the clutch doesn't engage until the pedal is all the way to the floor. I'm going to go out now and check: 1) The pedal height adjustment 2). pedal freeplay adjustment 3). Clutch release point adjustment.
I got the info that I'm going to check from http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/library/TSRM/cl/CL_03.html

found my fluid is dry! Looks like there has been a leak. I can see where fluid has run down the inside of the firewall. So perhaps you are having the same problem. I am going to refill and bleed and see what happens.

if it goes to the floor and stays, that means that there's nothing pushing back on the pedal. So, fluid, master, slave, or one of the lines I would assume

yup. Mine has a small leak. Putting fluid in, pedal acts normally.
