when i put it into reverse ( m/t) it will not want to go into gear, but if it does it pops right back out! along with first and second gear not working ( i think it might be a ring gear/ synchros/ or a bent fork) but not the gears cuz when i drained the tranny no pieces came out.

Sounds like synchro's to me.

Reverse has no synchro. Its straight cut.

correct. (that's why it whines in reverseWink)

i'd check your entire clutch system over.
