i am looking to buy a used 91. the car is great, the only thing wrong is he has a new ATC clutch and it chirps when u take off. he said that they refinished the flywheel whenever they did it, and it was a well known shop that did it. do some clutches need to "break in"?? any help would be cool.

Sounds more like it needs lubrication on the fork pivot. No, they don't chirp or squeak.
