ok, i just wanted to know if there are any differences in the harness in the engine with the 5 spd and auto trannies. So when i swap them is the only other thing then the tranny that i have to switch is the ecu????

You need to get the factory EWD or the repair manual. There is some wiring to do.

Anyway try the TSRM for diagrams like this one.

Read the whole section. you will discover what the wire are for which should help you hook them up to still function with the manual tranny.
he ABS utilize the rear speed sensor and of course there are you reverse lights. Matbe a neutral safty switch as well.
