I had an N/A engine and swaped it for a JDM 7MGTE. This was about a year ago. I kept the N/A transmission and purchased a Clutch Masters stage 4 clutch that has 170% over stock holding capacity. Im putting around 330 or so Hp to the wheels. Last week I had the transmission out and I looked at the clutch and its already worn and scratching the flywheel. It still holds just fine and hasnt slipped. I want to know if Clutch masters just have crappy clutches or this premature wear was caused by the clutch not being installed right? After it was intalled I heard a chatter when ever I first engaged the clutch. Before I purchased the clutch I heard good things about Cluth Masters. Has anybody had good or bad experiences with certain clutch manufactures?

I have act and fidanza flywheel and I love it. Chatter could be from poor or lack of flywheel resurfacing, did you have to break in the clutch? As for the clutch you have to be more specific. How do you drive it? how long have you driven it? does clutch masters have an expected life for the clutch, some aren't designed to last as long with certain conditions.

What do you mean turn down the boost!?
