i recently aquire this 87 a/t turbo targa with a little more than a problem. it did not shift, so i tough it was the tranny and i replace it with a good one i had. but it still diong the same and i replace the throttle position sensor.but still does it, and now it start to cut off @ 2500rpm, it dont turn off it just idle. please help, im going to replace the ect-ecu. in a few days

No problem . Im no expert with trannies, but it sounds like the problem is the ecu, or a bad connection somewhere.

i have an extra ect you can have. (tranny computer) just pm me. but it takes me awhile to reply sometimes.
