will the tranny out of an 87 N/A work in a 87 turbo supra?

Yes, but it will be a different gear ratio.
the turbo diff should be a 3.91 and the NA should be a 4.3 Also i believe some of the 4.3's were not lsd's, but i am not 100% sure.
your speedo will be of too i think

yes but you will need the NA flywheel and pressure plate. the disks are the same i believe. also the slave cylinders are different. and the NA tranny is shorter i believe
