hey whats up guys i just changed the diffrential oil on my 87 turbo supra and when i drained the oid oil there was almost none there maybe a quater of how much there is supostu be so now i drained it flushed it and feels better and no more noices i sugest that every 1 should check up on that i added royal purple geat oil. so glad it all done now and no noices it only costed me $20 and its worth now at least i have no worries about it!..

I thought Royal Purple contained sulphar dioxides, which inturn will eat your seals and gaskets, etc..

Havent heard of it but maybe it does... doesnt make sense tho why would they sell a product that does harm and is suppose to do good??? i'll look into that

They add Sulphar Dioxides in it because it makes an amazing lubricant but over time it will eat away at ur seals. Actually i believe there was a big discussion on here last summer about the best oil. IMO lucas is the best hence why most all mechanic shops sell it and most motorsports use it , and not Royal Purple

well lucas makes an Oil stabilizer that im aware of but the best oil to use in the diff and tranny seems to be redline! But i havent heard a problem with someone running it in their diff
