after putin in the slave cylinder... the clutch pedal only goes half way and i cant really move it past that (unless i use like both feet).... i tried adjusting it, it did nothing. any ideas?

my fork moves freely... the rod is maxing out thats why the pedal is stiff. what in the tranny do you believe is broken or fell out?

The first thing that comes to mind, if you're sure the master and slave are good, is the throwout bearing.

thnx cre it was actually the pin that locks the throw out bearin but the bearin looks like shit too
