Are there any aftermarket torque converters and shift kits for the A340E trannys in our cars?
If so where can I find them? |

I know www.importperformancetrans.com had torque converters. Here's the link to the Toyota section.... http://www.importperformancetrans.com/toyotaauto.shtml

just a heads up, a TC / valve body is gonna be big bucks for our cars, which wont even be worth it in the long run since the internals of our transmissions are sludge past 400 hp.

that is very true just get a manual because it can hold alot more then the auto. BTW if u goto a tranny expert that knows what he is doing tell him u like to run the tranny hard also tell him or if u do the 1 2 shuffle. i kno a guy that has a damn good auto and he is pushing almost 400hp and the tranny hasnt had anyt problems yet. but manual is great for low budget or saving money to buy upgrades.lol hope this helps later.
