I was driving around Columbia SC one afternoon during rush hour traffic. I was on an upward incline at a stop light. I had my foot on the clutch and one on the gas to idle it. When the light turned green, I tried to lift my foot from the clutch, but the damn thing(the clutch) was all the way to the floor and was not coming up. Then the car shut off and rolled a little...man that was some scary shit, because the car behind me was just inches away. People behind me began to honk their horns making me panic n shit. I finally got the car going by lifting the clutch with my foot while I press the gas. But the hard part was shifting the gears. I had to slam the stick from first to second to third and so on. Five blocks away was an auto parts store, thinking that I may have run out of fluid for the clutch, I was hoping that my 87 supra na can make it over there before I cause an accident. But it was hell because there was traffic on boths sides and 4 more stop lights to go. But I finally made it safe. I popped the hood and checked to see if there was fluid, but to my suprise it was full. So if I have ample amount of fluid why is the clutch all the way to the floor(no pressure). Do I need a new clutch or something?
