I have an n/a first. I have custom K@N FIPK and HK$ Drager. after 2 weeks with the new exhaust I open her up and when I switch gears mainly 2nd into 3rd I can chirp my tires. the trans hits like barry bonds at the homerun derby I never had this beforehand is everything o.k?

Yeah, when you use the "manual shift valve" (by manually shifting) you experience a great deal more line pressure on the shift. Plus the fact that the exhaust gave you a bit more upper rpm torque/hp. What you are experiencing is normal.

What kind of tires do you have? My AVS ES100's could only chirp into 3rd when I powershifted. I do suppose you have the 4.3 differential, does it have an LSD? That would make a big difference.

Yes I have LSD but the few times I've slipped the right would always go. I have now found out my solenoids need to be replaced in my trans. go going 5-speed.

I don't get it, I can only chirp into 3rd when I powershift on dry road. Granted I have/had some really nice tires and an R154 with 3.909 differential. I still feel I should be able to chirp into 3rd easier.

I really want the R-154, I actully have a question about the 2 trans what if I get the R-154 now, but I still have 7m-ge will they work together??

Yeah, they should. It's the same block, just remember you need to buy clutchs for a turbo with a R154.
