Might be your synchros in your transmission going out, if it's getting tougher to shift. I have the same thing going on, but it's not that severe. Sometimes it's tough to shift into R, and sometimes I need to tug a little harder to get from 3rd to 2nd. I'd replace the transmission fluid with Redline MT-90. I've heard nothing but good things about it. At the bare minimum, check your tranny fluid and make sure the fluid level is at the right height. You may want to flush n fill.

well..also..i havent started my car in about a day or two..but i cant start it anymore..my clutch seems as if it was stuck..i have to practically use all my foot strength to push it in but im scared im either gonna break my seat or the clutch pedal. it all happened when i was pullin into my drive way..i turned it off and put the e-brake on..then the next day i tried starting it. when i pushed the clutch i heard a deep clunk sound and my pedal didnt come back up..i then brought it up w/ my hand and it stayed there..i tried again and my clutch pedal was harder then crap. i then tried startin it put it would sound as if i had no spark or nothin and im pretty sure its bcuz of my clutch or my tranny..its harder then crap..anyone know what the problem is?

You can get Redline online. SupraSport.com carries some Redline products, and I am sure there are other performance sites that carry it. If you want to know about more of their products, their website is www.redlineoil.com
I have found that when I am having a problem shifting to reverse, if I push the clutch pedal all the way in and pull the shifter downwards with firm steady pressure while VERY slowly releasing the clutch, it slips right in to gear.
As far as the online messenger thing.. I am rarely online; when I am, it is to check mail and the message board. I am a newlywed still, and don't get on here all the time like I used to. A year away from your woman due to military duty really makes you want to spend time with 'em, you know?

Redline MT90 is the one you want for the R154 [5 speed manual].

There is a clevis bolt that pivots on the connection of the clutch pedal and the cylinder actuator rod. Sometimes it comes out of the hole. This will keep your clutch pedal from actuating the clutch.
