An eassy way to find what you want is to call suprastore/titan motorsports. they should be able to hook you up with some one to get parts. or at least give you some kind of info.

Dude that site gives you a basic list of what you need for the swap right at the top of the page but for a 5spd to 6spd swap. My advise to you is forget it because an auto to 6spd is time consuming and just to much. You would be better off starting with a 5spd and then doing it. This is because you need to install all the pedals which isnt really fun to do but not to bad. What suchs is all the little things needed to be done. For instance you have to raise the center console tunnel because the 6spd raises up higher then the auto tranny. Also you will need new driveshaft, differential and axles. Basically there hasnt been any walk through made for a NA auto to TT 6spd swap but you can take info from a NA 5spd to TT 6spd like the one that guy gave you and then some info for a auto TT to 6spd TT which is all explained here Auto to 6spd. Alot of people say switching from auto to 6spd alone can cost 10grand but I know it can be done cheaper. There is a post in here about this that gives a whole part list for that which will give you all info for getting your differential, axles, drivetrain, tranny, pedal assembly, and misc and then all you will need is an engine. Mark has a discussion about this and says it cost 10-15k to jsut swap auto to 6spd and then factor in the engine cost on top of that and there you go. NOWWWW if you want me to give you contact to someone in Jersey that I was going to get all my stuff from I can. He has a rolled supra TT 6spd with 50k miles on it and he told me everything runs and works and is all USDM! He was going to sell to me for 10grand I think.
