Everytime that I idle my Supra, it surges in between a 50 RPM window. What I mean by this is that if it is idling at 700, it will go 700-750 about 100 times per minute. When it does this, it sounds like the car is missing terribly. I took the IAC valve off, and it was covered with carbon, so I cleaned it off. After that, it wouldn't idle below 1500 for a day. It is back to idling at 700 ish, but sometimes it will only idle at 500-550. This is really beginning to be annoying, since everyone stares and comments on the idle.
