When I downshift into 2nd, 3rd or 4th, it grinds. The clutch is all the way in, and the rpms are low (i.e. im not driving it hard). What is the problem and is it an easy fix? Thanks.

Clutch adjustment maybe (not disengaging fully). You would notice it because when sitting at idle, if while sitting still, you start letting off the clutch just a little bit while in gear, the revs will start dropping progressively. Now VERY slowly start mashing the clutch all the way to the floor. Your revs should slowly climb back up, and then tapper off before the pedal bottoms out. Also it could be difficult to row through the gears with the engine running and the car stationairy.

The other cause would be bad Synchros, not cheap.

If it's not the clutch, and instead the sychros, A great way to buy you some time is to master heal-toe down-shifting, and double clutching. That's how I make it up to my transmission because of the occasional power-shifting I do during races smile
