I dunno if this is correct or not but i heard from a friend of mine that Since i have twin turbo set up. The sequental Style. It's really hard to boost both turbos is that true? i had a friend of mine install the boost controller. And i seem to be abel to boost up to 1 bar. But after like two second i see my boost drop back to stock level. I was wondering is this casuing me to lose boost?

bcc my friend. a boost cut controller is what you need to beat the stock ecu to boost more.

Here's to clarify a little:

Yes, the Greddy BCC [boost cut controller] is what you need to install in order to see more than the ECU imposed fuel cut-off. They are cheap [less than $100], easy to install [4 wires to splice], and simple to tune.

As far as sequential mode being tough to control, I've heard of this as well, but that shouldn't be tough to remedy - true twin conversion is very simple, and even if you decide to NOT do the TTC mode, I have heard that the Greddy Profec B-Spec II and the HKS EVC EZ II both do well in controlling sequential mode.

I do have a BCC. i got it from suprastore for 70. The thing is i have an auto and i heard the TTC isnt the best mode for automatic. I have a boost controller installed on my supra. 94 auto. Thing is i dunno if im boosted both my turbos or just 1. because from 2000-3000 i see the boost going up to 1 bar. But after that the boost goes back down. Like on the freeway. When i hammer it and my rpm jump to 4000 rpm. I see my boost jump up to .7 bar but then it decrease. on my friend's supra his boost holds at 1 bar all the time. while mine decrease. is there a way to hold the boost? is installtion on the Mkiv Supra different because the turbo set up is sequental?

i dont think the ebc is set up right, it shouldnt go below stock boost though. thats really a strange problem you have on your hands. this is just a suggestion but does anyone else think it might have something to do with the vsv?

Hey my car is doing the same thing. But i have a 1j... and a MBC. To be more exact I have the Hallman Pro. Mine will hit 14.9 psi(not hitting the 15 line)then tapper off to stock boost levels. I have the line correct. But I have tried 2 MBC's already and both tapper all the way to stock.

Thanks DriftMotion for all of your help.

if boost falls off toward redline it is a sign of a weak wastegate.
