Here is my problem, I have a 93.5 Supra N/A with a flowmaster 2 chamber. It is louder than hell and personally it sux. I have a Ractive muffler, straight through design and the stock cats. I was going to put a dynamax super turbo in the place of the stock muffler, and put the Ractive muffler on the back for looks, but the dude at the muffler shop said that it would sound like ass. He said that I needed to put resonators on instead of the muffler. I want to know what you guys think. My entire goal is to have a quiet car, not silent but something that doesn't drone going down the highway.
Thanks, Jason |

why dont you just buy a catback exhaust such as the greddy pe. This is extremely quiet. My friend is also selling a HKS dual dragger that is just as quiet as the Greddy PE. You can probably save some money too as im assuming with the flowmaster, muffler, resonators and the labor for the welding the cost will add up.

Ok, just in case anyone was wondering, here is what I found out. The previous exhaust that I had, I would rate as a 7 from 1-10. My new exhuast, which consists of the factory cats, resonator, Dynomax Turbo muffler, and Ractive sport muffler. I would say that it ranks a 2 on the loud scale.
Good luck |
