whats does OBD1 and OBD2 stand for. Sorry for the newbish comment im new to supras.

OBD= on board diagnostic
I or II= first or second generation

obdI first showed up on cars ~1985 and lasted until 1996. ever car that is 96 and newer has obd2. obd2 is more standardized than obdI and is also more complex. obdI only used generic codes and there were very few of them. obd2 cars have generic and specific codes and can also store more memory to be scanned when needed.
