will the greddy 3row FMIC fit with the stock bumper, any cutting involved? or is it a straight bolt up easy process?

No, it is not a straight bolt up. Check out www.mkiv.com under tech articles for the installation instructions. Although nothing major is cut, there is plastic in the way that needs be dremeled off. The install is actually a PITA and involves relocating the PS cooler, hood latch, and AC lines. Set aside a whole day for the job.
