hey guys, i just bougth a 1993 2jz 6 speed supra which was before a n/a car automatic. everytime i now go passed 4 to 5 rpms the car makes a beeping noise comming from the gauge council. what could it be? it beeps for a second then it goes away? HELP....

i had a boost gauge on it but i took it off to see if it was the boost warning. and it wasnt. it still beeps when the gauge is off.

i took off the boost gauge that i had on it to see if the beeping noise came from it. after i took the gauge out i took it for a test dirve and drove it 4 to 5 rpms and it still gave a weird beebing nose. i took it to my shop and the guy said he does not know what it is either, he would have to take everything apart. he said he never heard anything like that before in a supra. does factory have some sort of boost warning?

do you have a car alarm? have you tried removing the dash panels to see if there is a speaker hidden back there.

i dont think i have a car alarm. stock alarm maybe. but i will take the dash panels to see if there is any thing back there that would make that sound. thanks, ill tell you what it is if i find out.

"Beep" is still pretty vague, unless you can compare it to something.
