I don't put many miles on my supra TT, because its my second car and I store it for the winter.
Was wondering if any of you put few miles on your car each year, and what kind of oil change interval do you use? DO you change oil before storage after storage?

Oil change interval (OCI)depends on the type of driving, the climate, and to some degree, the quality of the oil used. I doubt many board members run more than 5000 miles between changes, and some actually change it every 2500 miles. You are using synthetic oil arn't you Wink
With regards to storage, you'd be better off changing your oil before storage. Reason is because the oil contains additives which neutralize the acids produced as a by product of combustion; these acids could potentially cause corrosion of the engine's internals = BAD! Mad
These additives are defined as TBN (total base number) and are consumed as the car is driven. With a relatively short OCI, ie 3000 miles, the TBN would most likely still be adequate, but this is also contingent on the driving style. If the car is driven in short trips, ie. less than 10-15 minutes at a time, moisture may accumulate in the oil, and prematurely lower the TBN.
That said, I'd not fret if you changed your oil a month before you store your car, and accumulate a few hundred miles, but if you're approaching your change interval, you'd probably be better off changing a little early if you're putting it into storage.
As far as actual storage goes, I've heard you should start the car every couple weeks or so, and run it for 20-30 minutes. I've also heard of squirting oil into the cylinders thru the spark plug holes, and leaving it until taking the car out of storage. I've done both (with other cars) but don't know which is better. Any comments?

Thanks for the info, If I do an oil change before storing, and then store the car for many months through the winter, like say 8 months, would I need to do an oil change before using the car again? Would the sitting oil in the engine accumulate moisture or anything, or would the addatives die?

Hmmm. I don't think so, but I'd ask one of the gurus at BITOG for a more informed opinion.
