Hey guys I have a 95 supra na and did a jdm tt
auto swap with a brand new US harness and a use US ecu. My problem is the car cranks but will not turn over there are fuel coming in because i also change out my fuel pump to a warlbo 255. I only get spark on cylinder #1 and 2-6 have no spark at all. I thought I might have some bad coils but if i switch them out to cylinder #1 i get sparks. We have check all ground and gone through everything but could not find anything.I'm also using the jdm ingitor i don't know if that's the problem. Anyone know of anything please help. |

Who did your swap? Take it back. Best advice I can give you. Or take it somewhere else, to a specialty mechanic.

This guy that I know did the swap and the car is still there at the shop. The car never did left the shop because it will not crank. Do you know of any shop that you would suggest I take the car there? I live in NC.Thanks!!

Sounds Like an electrical problem Few things you can try.
Change Sparkplugs and check proper gap(If they are not new already). Check manual of your car, They have long or cold start procedure. Since you have just done an engine swap it might have not run in a while. Check Your Ignition Module? Your Relay? Hopefully one of theese would check out. This might sound stupid, but check every spark to make sure they are all tight and firm. I suggest give them a slight twist. To make sure they are firm. Let me know if you find some other symptoms. -Awais |

If you use a JDM engine you can use the ignitor with the swap. But from every thing I have read, I am about to do the swap also, you need an ignitor JDM or USDM I don't think it matters but since you are using a US harness and ecu you also need the resistor for the ignition system that comes on US spec supras Hope this helps
