i have bought 2jz-gte half cut for my 1994 NA 5speed supra....

the 2jz-gte is with auto tranny.....i want to use this 2jz-gte with my 5speed tranny....my qustion for you guys is that will 2jz-gte's auto tranny ecu will work with my NA's 5speed tranny..or do i have to get upgraded ecu from somewhere...but mostly here in pakistan..we use ecu's from auto honda's and toyota;s and install em in manual civics etc...
