i know this question has been asked but i have another question in it. i want to buy a mkiv supra and would like to buy N/A and convert to tt since it will be cheaper for insurance. also im trying to get one imported from england. i have friends over there since i used to live there so that may make it easier. my other question is i that for emissions i know florida doesnt have tests so it doesnt matter but ive read other places saying you have to pay for it to be ok to drive here. but since we dont have testing would it matter.thanks in advance
