I'm not too familiar with tuning so how would I go about leaning out?

Try sand in the gas tank razz

No really, don't tune your AFC unless you have, or have access to a wideband O2, preferably one you can use while on a dyno.

I was kidding about the sand!

i was on the dyno today running 20psi, bpu, and 92 mixed with 110 octane and the first pull I was really really rich so the guy told me to lean out 20% across the range of 4500-6500. My fuel went to 11.5:1 which is perfect. Normal 18psi and pump gas I think I'll just do -15%.

but i wouldn't do anything until you get to a dyno. I got 6 pulls with O2 for $75 smile

Notice the gain I made between runs 2 and 6 by leaning it out. My first A/F ratio was so rich it went below the chart!
