i had or should i say have a car, that two days ago and ever since i've owned it (seems like)was majorly F*cked up. i even believed that my motor was blown or something bad...

but if i could sum up the change of my car in a few words, it would be something like this:

"my car has (or had) a lot of problems and seemed like it was unrevivable... sean from TORQUEFREAKS brought my supra back from the dead and is running smooth as a freakin camry!"

well, the quote about it running like a camry might sound weird to some (being it having a single turbo and lots of capable HP)
my point was that having lots of horsepower, YET running as smooth as a Camry is just unbelieveable!

i know SILVINO compliments a lot of the phenominal tuning results from Sean at Torquefreaks. but it wasn't till today when sean helped tune my supra was i really convinced! TUNING is a HUUUGE part of how your car is and will run/perform. i think a lot of people neglect that aspect and try to bolt a million parts on for power. i too am guilty of neglecting the tuning aspect. but especially with the AEM and a great reputable tuner, it is like black and white.


the tuner that "tuned" my car before sean looked at it, let's say did not do as good of a job as sean.
no let me reword that:

sean demolished them and absolutely tuned the car inside out!! he separated REAL TUNING from claimed "tuning." it's UNREAL!! at this point, i'm really excited (as you can probably tell) and i really couldn't say enough about the importance tuning.

basically we just did a street tuning and driveabililty tuning in about two hours. it's running 100x better than it was but there are still some minor issues that will be resolved in due time. plus the power tuning will be held off till next time as well...

so to sum things up, whomever reads this thread, i hope you take my word of advice as far as importance of tuning (especially with single turbo high HP cars).
moreover, i HIGHLY recommend SEAN at torquefreaks.com!!

Well all I can say that teh car burn less gas then the stock when I go at 110mph and that it pull so strong that youc annot imagine.
