I've been talking with the Supra groups as a whole and organizing how this is going to play out. I guess I'm going to take this one on my shoulders because nobody else will. So here's the game plan:

1) vegas.supras.org for all details about events and dates and times.

2) Oct 3-5 are the events.

3) Caravan out there will be 6:00 PM Oct 2nd (Wednesday) We will be meeting at a local bowling alley and hanging out until around 6:00 when we'll leave. We'll wait if we get calls from people who might have hit traffic or are otherwise running late.

4) Caravan home will be organized to leave after everyone is finished up at the show n shine Saturday. If everyone wants to stay for dinner and leave we may do that instead. Details of this caravan will be planned on the spot, and those of you that want to leave Sunday morning can organize for that.

We will be planning the Vegas meet for the Socalsupras guys at a meet:

September 14th - Noon
Irvine Area (Location TBA)

If you are attending Vegas then you should be there. It's not mandatory, but recommended. We will be organizing where we'll be meeting for caravans, exchanging cell phones, and organizing where the Southern California guys want to meet up before each event in order to come into each event together.

We will also use it to get to know the guys that are going from our area so we have some friendly faces and you don't have to walk into the events without knowing anyone.

Are the northern california Supras planning on heading to southern cali to meet up with everyone down there? If so, are there any times/locations being arranged for a caravan down there?

I just talked to Keith about the caravans and he said PacNW has three caravans going through the Barstow area. The last one will be hitting Barstow around 1:00 on Wednesday, and they're heading through the NorCal area on their way down. You should head over to:

http://pacnw.supras.org

and check out their caravan schedule. You could probably meet up with them. We'll be leaving Victorville a lot later than they'll be heading through, but if you'd like to come with us that'd be great too. Whichever option works best.
