I just want to say hello to all in the Supra Community. I have been reading the forum topics for awhile now and have been a member for a little while as well. I currently own a Celica GTS 6spd and am planning on purchasing a Supra TT within the next couple months. But the real reason I am posting is to invite all Supra owners who are interested to come to the DS*R (Dark Star Racing) and NC.org (newcelica.org) BBQ on October 18, 2003.

I am thinking about doing this the week before Halloween at El Dorado park in Long Beach.

It will be a great oppritunity for all of us to hang out, see each others cars, and enjoy the art of cooking... mmm beer.

Now we have a bunch of people attending but we would love to invite the big brother of our celica to come down and just have a good time where there will be no showing off, racing, bashing on others cars, and stupid stunts.

Now the catch, we need anyone who decides to show up to bring some type of food, drink, or BBQ utensil (sp?). This way we can ensure food and drink for all. I feel this would be a great way for all of us car fanatics to get together and just have a good time. This is not a car show or a meet just a time where we (as car enthusiasts) can get together and have some fun.

Thank you for reading this far and please just respond if you will be attending as well and the car you drive and the food, drink, etc. you plan on bringing.
