Wait im confused... We pay you $1000 so u can make us this store on yahoo.com.. and then when some1 wants to but something from my store they send me the money and u just send me the item? or are we basically selling for u? Like they send us the money, we send u the money to send us the part... and we dont make n e money? how do the ppl that pay u the $1000 actually make money? Im confused can some1 clear this up for me? thanx

Or do u just design the store, and we put the items we want to put on it and we get them and we sell them?

I do not have a Supra yet.. I ahve a 95 Integra... My parents got this piece of rice for me... **Shakes head**

Tozer's just basically letting you use his distributor network to let you set up your own business. You don't need a warehouse since they ship directly from the distributor. You have to pay for the parts you sell but you pay wholesale prices but you can charge what you want for them (i'm assuming).

This is accurate. However, the individual who owns the store can buy parts from whomever they want, because it is their store. You are basically buying a turn key store, getting customers is up to you.

For years now people have asked me to build eCommerce stores as if they were almost a franchise of SupraStore.com. Our business was growing so fast that we had to focus all of our efforts on the core unit itself. Now that the call center is in place and the process is working very well, we decided we would start to push towards a new market, which is what we are discussing.

We have served a number of wholesale customers for quite some time and that program works well, so the core support mechanism is there to make this, which is just an extension successful as well.

I thought a franchise style turn-key store (with full features and stats) would be an outstanding way to help others into the business, while at the same time open significant new growth opportunities for SupraStore.com. There are three distinct ways in which this works and all are simple.

1.0 Turn Key Stores

We build an introductory 100 item store such as the Import Soup site you saw for $1000, which is a full feature eCommerce site and hand it over to the owner. That person would then have their own store (with their own unique name) in which to build a business. This works great for companies that already have their own parts but do not have a clean, easy to use, ultra reliable eCommerce site in which to generate revenue. Since the sites are based on packaged eCommerce program, site maintenance and updates can be wholly handled by even relative computer novice with no programming experience required. They run the site 100% by themselves and can buy parts from whomever they choose, it is their unique business. This also works well for those that have their own parts source and do not need us for any orders fulfilment component of the business. Cost is $1000 to build that store.

2.0 Turn-key Store w/Wholesale Account

For years we have provided wholesale services, so this is just another wholesale account in our eyes. We have a wholesale account manager at SupraStore.com, who can discuss wholesale pricing etc., with our prospective dealers.

In a nutshell there are typical three different levels of pricing. These are based upon the amount of business and/or the size of the initial buy-in of parts. The base level is a no buy-in level, whereby we sell you parts at X price. You would then set your prices on the eCommerce store we build for you to a level where you are profiting. You will not always be the lowest price on the NET, but we are not either, so it is all about marketing yourself, product and knowledge positioning etc.

So you would buy at X, sell for Y and the difference minus your cost of overhead would be your profit. You will have your own Yahoo account for hosting your store and pay for that service $49 a month to start, plus you will process your own credit cards. Orders are sent to you automatically with your store to either your email or fax machine or both. You then verify the order, process it and then send us a fax along with your payment method to us and we would ship the parts to either you or your customer. Since you own the store you can still buy some parts from us and the remainder from any other source you have, so it does not matter to us.

3.0 Turn-key Store w/100% Orders Fulfilment

This is our most comprehensive program. In this we do almost everything and the owner of the Store just collects a check on a monthly basis. Let me explain. We build the eCommerce site and populate the store (we quote on the number of items and additional features required). The owner is responsible for promoting it and generating business.

We provide a sales tech who will answer a line in your company name at our facility and whose job is to sell for you. We process the credit cards, process the order, ship the order and provide returns and problem troubleshooting. This is great for businesses that already generate solid income because we require a monthly fee of $2500 to run this. Generally that takes around $20,000 a month in sales to cover out monthly costs. Profits take place after the first $20000 and the percent is negotiated between us and the owner of the company.
