hello expert ppls..

I need some advice on buying this supra.. this will be my first supra .. the car is 94 Turbo black outside/inside 6spd mostly stock.. even the rims.. the problems is .. lol .. i found this in a repair shop haha.. lucky me .. i ask the shop owner if it for sale.. they said .. the owner left the car here about a year ago.. the car wont start.. i told them i was interested of buying, so they call up the owner well.. pretty much from there.. they are fixing the car now.. just yesterday they found out the problem was the igniter is not working.. and the fuse were off 175 / 75.. that what they told me .. =O
now i dont know much about that.. i m really concern about the car.. it hasnt start for a year now they are fixing it cause someone want to buy it.. >.< ahhh anyway after they fix this.. the car should be good to go right??
body looks good , just a little scratch here and there and a dent on the bumper.. well the owner hasn't contact me yet but the repair shop told me the owner ask for 25K .. definitively i will talk it down.. but most importantly.. will the car be fine after the repair the igniter ..

it should b fine after you fix the igniter to be on the safe side change out all the fluids cuz its been sittin for that long and might b shot. Change out your spark plugs and wires after that i dont see y it wouldn't work hope it helped sum
